By downloading, installing, or using the Nesten mobile application ("App") or visiting https://nesten.app, these Terms and Conditions will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not download or use Nesten.
The Nesten App, including all features, design, code, databases, trademarks, and intellectual property, belongs to Akil Ahmed Siddique.

Nesten is provided to help you organize tasks and notes. While we strive to ensure the App works reliably and efficiently, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your account credentials. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this may compromise security and affect the App’s functionality.
Nesten stores and processes data you provide, such as tasks, notes, and account information, to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your account information remains secure.
You may delete your account and associated data at any time using the in-app deletion feature.
Some features of the App require an internet connection. Nesten is not responsible if the App does not function fully due to lack of connectivity or data limitations.
Your mobile network provider may charge you for data usage. You are responsible for any such charges.
The App uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions, including:
Nesten offers an optional Google Calendar Sync feature. This feature is disabled by default and is only activated if you explicitly enable it within the app.
By enabling Google Calendar Sync, you authorise Nesten to:
You may revoke this access at any time by disabling Calendar Sync within the app or by removing Nesten's permissions from your Google Account settings. Revoking access will stop all calendar sync activity.
Nesten may offer optional location-based features. These features are disabled by default and are only activated if you explicitly grant location permission on your device.
Location data, when collected, is used solely to provide the feature you requested and is not shared with third parties. You may revoke location permission at any time from your device settings.
Nesten's Focus Mode includes an optional Hard Mode designed to help you stay focused by limiting access to other apps during a session. Hard Mode is disabled by default and requires you to explicitly grant the following Android permissions:
These permissions are only requested when you choose to enable Hard Mode. You may revoke them at any time from your device settings, which will disable Hard Mode functionality.
We may update or modify the App from time to time to improve functionality, security, or performance. You agree to install updates when available to continue using the App.
We may also discontinue the App or certain features at any time without prior notice.
Nesten is provided "as is". While we strive to provide a reliable service, we are not responsible for any loss, including data loss, resulting from your use of the App.
Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
